Kathleen Cloud Molony
Marla Cloud Molony gave birth to Kathleen Cloud Molony at about noon Saturday at The Woman's Hospital in Houston. Husband Jim and sister Tamia were on hand. Marla had to have an emergency C-section because of the position of the baby; she is doing well and expects to leave the Woman's Hospital Tuesday.
Baby Kathleen is 19 inches long and weighs 6 pounds, 1 inch. She's doing well, except for a nasal problem that is causing her to be kept in ICU for closer observation. She'll be transferred to Texas Children's for surgery, which is scheduled on Thursday. Marla says that at this point, the doctors don't seem worried about it being a major problem.
