NAHJ deserves better
From the NAHJ convention: "In an interview with The Latino Reporter about an attachment on an e-mail received by a reporter (Mariana Guerrero), the National Association of Hispanic Journalists’ Hall of Fame inductee (Gerald Garcia) threatened to pull out of the ceremony. Later, however, he said he misspoke and will accept the award. ... "

Garcia was always hittin' on the gals in features, so when he said he's anxious to rejoin "the struggle," I'm not sure if he's referring to increased minority representation in the media or the always tricky struggle to undo those pesky bra straps & g-strings in the stairwell. Remember, a pair of women's panties was mysteriously found on day in the stairwell and no one ever claimed them.
